This place is a trendy new spot with a fantastic location near shops and the town center, making it convenient for exploring the area.

We usually stay at this hip new hotel and will definitely go back there again. The breakfast is above average and good with gravy, cheese omelets, there’s an option for each taste. The location of the venue is comfy, right by Birmingham, malls and the center of town. Again, the hotel is 2 miles from The Jasper Mall.

The room we booked here was really cool - it had been recently updated and was very clean. the staff members were super friendly and made sure our breakfasts were satisfactory. 💫

The room I stayed in was updated, clean, and equipped with coffee, extra towels, and a refrigerator. The hotel is conveniently located near malls, Jasper, and shops, making it a maximum 20-minute walk to the lake.

Breakfast and quiet room

My initial room was on ground floor and had a heavy mold odor, but they moved to 2nd floor which took care of problem.

A quiet hotel with brand-new rooms. The friendly and excellent staff and their quick responses to my needs. Location close to restaurants, shops, malls, and local businesses, right in the center of town.

Someone actually tried to get in my room at 10:30p, upon check in the desk clerk was as rude as anyone I've ever encountered, I think I interrupted her lunch of Taco Bell and tv watching in the lobby. She seemed very put out by my having to check in. Later in the evening I went to the counter to get change for vending machine, a second clerk was very nice and receptive, and then the rude one ran out of the back and at almost a scream, WE DONT HAVE ANY CHANGE! Soooo, the nice one said sorry can't help you. Needless to say I went to the hotel next door and received change at their front desk. The next morning I told of the experience to the manager on duty, who with a smirk smile said, "sorry, it happens." It happens? I asked that my comments be told to the GM and that I would like to receive a call from them to discuss. Still waiting on that call. I'm a very lenient guy and hey, stuff happens, but I was SURE they would at least make an attempt to correct things or at the very least show some empathy. I am also in a customer service based business, never in my life have I experienced such inadequate "not my job" type attitude from a hotel staff.

We booked a queen room and it was updated, very comfy beds. The bathrooms were large. Its location was great, near to a cruise ship, malls and local businesses and the center.

We had a VERY NICE stay thanks to hotel's helpful and affable staff. The king room was updated and the bed was comfortable. The venue was right by Jasper for a close friend's wedding, Birmingham, and close to restaurants. It was a comfortable hotel, nothing to complain about, can recommend.

The room was clean and in good working order. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. The location of the hotel was convenient, right off the main highway. Plus, there was a pool available for guests to enjoy.

The breakfast options were not to my liking, and the sofabed in the room was uncomfortable with steel rails. The pool area had limited lighting, making it difficult to see, and some guests were smoking and drinking, making it inappropriate for children.

The hotel was clean with friendly staff. the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was above average. the location in the center of town was marvelous.
